As a Special Yoga practitioner, we’re encouraged to have an intention
(sankalpa) which we think about whilst doing the poses
(asanas). My current focus is to enable all children I work with to be open to – and eventually fulfil – their own, full potential.
A large part of
Special Yoga is also the use of calming breathing, which I discuss in more detail

Therefore, one of my aims is to help your child concentrate on and regulate their breathing, helping them develop the ability to change their emotional state, and therefore become calmer.

Special Yoga with your child, especially over a long period of time:
